Club Welfare

It is recommended by British Fencing that all regional fencing clubs should delegate a person to be a Welfare representative as part of their club structure. Everyone in a club should feel safe and welcome.

It is also recommended that all Welfare representatives take Safeguarding training and be DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked. Information can be found by visiting the BFA website at https://www.britishfencing.com/welfare-zone/criminal-record-checks/.

If your club already has a Welfare representative please forward their details to the Yorkshire Region secretary
